Nose:
Dried orange peel, red wine, pecan and raspberry jam.

Palate:
Soft red fruit followed by brown sugar and spicy clove. A touch of chocolate-covered Brazil nut.

Finish:
Crystallised ginger, cacao and juicy blackcurrant.
