Tasting Note

Nose:
The initial fresh citrus fruits gradually disappears leaving the sweetness of bananas & cooked apples with hints of nuts & spice. With time the fresh fruits develop into the rich aroma of dried fruits. By adding a dash of water the aroma of fresh fruits really intensifies with a creamy chocolate background.

Palate:
The initial pepper on the tongue soon disappears leaving you with the sweetness of cooked apples and rich dried fruits. By adding water the citrus fresh fruits and dried fruits intensify with just a hint of almonds.

Finish:
Sweet with the subtle hint of nuts and spice. It is a slightly drying medium finish with a delicate hint of smoke. Very smooth & rich.
