Smell / Nose / Aroma
Fruity and floral. Notes of apple pie, plum jam, vanilla and cappuccino. Also an occassional whiff of peat.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
Sweet and smooth, hints of apple, nutmeg and subtle vannila flavours, thick and honied. Buttery toffee, with spicey notes. Highly sip-able.

Finish
Quite creamy and medium-long, with vanilla and apple notes topped with a few grains of salt. Light peat flavour remains after the oak is gone.
