TASTING NOTES:

Nose:
Warm salted caramel brownie, lemon peels and a kick of Christmas spice.

Palate:
Toasted oak, leading to a hint of fragrant smoke. More spice at the centre – not quite as focussed on sweetness as the nose.

Finish:
Cinnamon and candied ginger.
