Tasting Notes:

Aroma:
slightly muted for the first few weeks, honey, peaches, floral, marshmallow-ish vanilla, a touch of brine/sea salt.

Palate:
medium bodied, slightly briny, a touch of waxiness, honey, peaches, oranges, oak, a touch of smoke (sometimes).

Finish:
medium length, vanilla, oak, honey, a bit of peaches and oranges, some brine lingering.
