What does this wine taste like?

This is classic Barossa from a historic estate that was restored back to its original grandeur 20 years ago by the Geber family. It is an earthy brambly dense wine with brambly red berries, sun-drenched plums, chocolate and an earthy dusty oak spice. Plush and fleshy with savory tannins, you could drink this now with protein or wait up to twenty years to watch it really blossom.
