Nose:
Fruity-fresh. Honeyed sweetness, touch of dryness.

Palate:
Medium. Sweet barley and vanilla. Buttery, some apple peel. Perhaps a spot of peat.

Finish:
Medium length, some caramel, dark sugar and a pinch of peat.
