Tasting Note

NOSE
Dark chocolate, old leather and teak in a library, dark fruit like an overripe plum. Slightly damp pipe tobacco, nuts and spices. Gingerbread hearts with cherry filling.

PALLET
Old leather. Dark raisins and tobacco. Old sherry. Not too cute. Dark chocolate and dark dried fruits. Spicy notes, also a little pepper. The gingerbread hearts again.

FINISH
Dark chocolate, tobacco and dark nuts. Becomes dry, stays for a long time.
